Our impact statement
As a purpose and impact driven business it is important we are transparent about our mission, our goals and where we aim to get to.
This page will details our steps to eventually creating a full sustainability impact statement for Be The Future. It will be a long time in development due to the frequently changing nature at the point our project is currently in, but we wanted to make sure we share our mission, ethos, values and progression with you.

Our mission:
We believe that all of us must play our part. In the face of governments doing little or nothing to create change, it is up to all of us to make change.
We believe in the power of families and schools to rewrite the climate story.
But we will not do this with fear-mongering and doom and gloom.
We believe that the way to action is through instilling hope, positivity and play. Climate is BIG topic but that doesnβt mean it has to be accompanied by big, bad feelings. It can be approached with humour, fun and storytelling.
Where are we now?
We are making steps towards creating a cyclical process - but it will not happen all at once. With each kit we release we aim to advance a step further in making this goal a reality.
We are working with sustainable printers and B-Corps to produce our first kit who are actively looking to reduce their waste throughout the process.
In order to offset the impact that is inevitable with our first products, we are also working with an organisation to ensure that plastic is removed from the oceans for every product made / sold.
We are also continuously working on build collaborations with other planet positive businesses to amplify our voices and impact. There is a lot of work going on with this in the background and details will be released in due course.
Our targets:
(Dates for implementation will come with the full SIA in due course)
