Yes. Multiple experiences can also be delivered in the same day for additional groups on the touring version.

Due to running costs and prep time required, all payments are required prior to the event taking place unless agreed otherwise.

However, we aim to be as inclusive as possible. If paying upfront is an issue, contact please contact Helen via the form below and alternative arrangments can be made.

All bookings are fully refundable, minus the platform booking fees of approx 4% which we absorb at booking, if cancelled 14 days prior to the experience. After that time it is at our discretion and a maximum 75% refund as costs are likely to have been incurred.

Obvs, were all about climate change and get that this is West Yorkshire so there is every chance of a freak snowstorm, Probably in summer... this is West Yorkshire after all.

Whether weather and natural disasters etc are concerned we will of course reschedule. Heck, Helen lives up on't moors so she'll be the first to be stranded.

For other unfortunate events, give us as much notice as you can and we will do what we can. Rescheduling is at our discretion but we are not ogres. We get that life happens and will do our best to work our a solution that fits all.
