Immersive climate play experiences
Bookings NOW OPEN
Here is how the booking process works:
Book the date you would like the experience or training to occur & pay the deposit.
We confirm the booking.
We will send over an information pack containing an official confirmation and an invoice for the balance remainder. Due to running costs and prep time required, all payments are required prior to the event taking place unless agreed otherwise.
The experience/ training takes place & you leave with a new sense of purpose.
Costs quoted here are DEPOSIT ONLY. £100 deposit is payable on booking to secure your experience.
Prices
The full costs are:
Group size 10 - 20 children = £15 per head, with 1 free adult place for every 10 children.
Group size 21 - 32 children = £12 per head, with 1 free adult place for every 10 children.
Min group size 10, maximum 32. If you are a group of less than 15 we reserve the right to combine groups.
An invoice will follow for the balance, with booking confirmation and further details for your trip. Balance is payable 7 days prior to your experience.

Yes absolutely! Experiences are available further afield but may incur additional costs for travel and may be a bit more restricted on dates. Contact helen@bethefutureimmersed.earth for further details.

Yes. Multiple experiences can also be delivered in the same day for additional groups. This will be confirmed in the follow up communication.

Nice to meet you! I’m Helen...
…an educator, designer-illustrator, award-winning author and big child, based in West Yorkshire, England. I’m also a gold-level clumsy noggin who’s guaranteed to be the one who face-plants on entering that room.
We want the kids (and bunnies!) in our lives and yours to have a thriving future on this amazing planet. As well as a lifelong addict learner, I’m a big child, and so I can’t believe I get to play and illustrate books for a living!
As an ex-teacher/lecturer, I understand the pressure teachers and schools are constantly under and that climate change and sustainability is a HUGE intimidating topic to try and fit in on topp of everything else. I’m here to be your wingwoman and take the pressure off in any way I can.
