Sacred Earth, Sustainable Futures: First Nations Climate Playhouse

The world-first â€˜Sacred Earth, Sustainable Futures: First Nations Climate Playhouse’ - an interactive climate solutions experience - was held during Climate Action Week Sydney 2025 at the Australian Museum.

The experience was supported by a 2024 Innovation and Ideas Grant from the City of Sydney, and was delivered by 100% First Nations owned business TIPIAC Pty Ltd and Be The Future, in collaboration with additional First Nations businesses.

Be The Future In the Wild: Celebrating World Environment Day

Celebrate World Environment Day with a wild educational excursion like no other at Taronga Zoo Sydney from 3 - 6 June 2025.

Limited spaces for Stage 2 and 3 students available for this unique learning experience, delivered by Taronga Zoo Sydney and Be The Future.

This wild educational excursion will intertwine the chance to come face to face with animals and their environments, and to explore climate solutions using interactive digital floor games and recycled materials.

Students will experience three rotations throughout the day:

  • Adaptions in a Changing World Workshop | Taronga Institute for Science & Learning (Map ref 9L)

  • Climate Solutions Workshop | Taronga Centenary Theatre (Map ref 12J)

  • Self-guided visit (including lunch) | Taronga Zoo Sydney
